MediQ

MediQ is an agentic AI platform for processing complex medical documents using LangGraph, RAG, and Mistral OCR. It extracts structured clinical information from handwritten PDFs, performs medication reconciliation and cross-document conflict detection, provides transparent reasoning traces with zero-hallucination guardrails, and supports multiple LLM providers through a secure BYOK architecture. The platform also features a learning loop that continuously improves extraction accuracy using reviewer feedback and few-shot memory injection.
